Before I made an appointment to see a plastic surgeon, I already knew the procedure I wanted. Setting up the appointment was easy and convenient. I had already done the research on the procedure prior to selecting a surgeon, and I saw more than one surgeon. I first went to another family member’s surgeon and then to my sister’s surgeon, who was Dr. Hackney. He did a wonderful and perfect job with my sister.

During my appointment Dr. Hackney seemed very educated, professional and experienced. He gave me all the information I needed about the procedure and answered all my questions, concerns and fears thoroughly and confidently. No question is looked down upon. I was very comfortable with Dr. Hackney. He is very professional and has great personable skills.  

The office staff was also very personable.  They always remembered my name and face, and they are very professional. Always upbeat, smiling, willing to help and answer questions

I had thought about having my surgery for several years, but really seriously considered it for about a year before I made an appointment.  I spoke with several friends and family who gave me support, which helped me in my decision.  With their support, in the end the decision was easy for me.

I found Dr. Hackney on the internet after I typed in ‘Best in Dallas.”  Dr. Hackney’s staff was able to fit me in for a consultation at a convenient time.  Even when I was driving to Dr. Hackney’s office for my appointment, I still had some doubts about proceeding with surgery. But after my consultation with Dr. Hackney and meeting his staff I immediately set a date and scheduled my surgery.  It was one of those instances where you just know.

The most important reason I chose Dr. Hackney is how comfortable I felt with him and all of his staff.  Dr. Hackney explains which type of surgery will be best for you and what you can expect look like after your surgery. 

Everyone on Dr. Hackney’s office staff is great!  All the staff could not be more helpful and friendly. They helped me and my husband both feel comfortable.  I love going to the office and seeing everyone again. 

The results of my surgery couldn’t have ended up more perfect.  I really feel good about the decision I made to have Dr. Hackney do my surgery. "My decision to have plastic surgery was hard.  I was nervous about it and questioned how I would look and how it would affect my life.

I had appointments with a few other surgeons prior to Dr. Hackney.  I found him in D Magazine.  He was rated one the top plastic surgeons in Dallas, so I figured I would save the best for last to interview.  I was glad I did. 

I went in for my consultation thinking I needed a certain procedure, but when I came out I had changed my mind. "When I was first researching breast augmentation, I encountered a lot of opinions. Some were positive and some were negative.
