Front Office Administrator

I joined the practice in July of 2007. I felt my previous experience with several prestigious plastic surgeons and high-end retail customer service were a great combination to fill the position as Front Office Administrator. I have one son studying Economics at the University of New Mexico. I love to stay fit and keep my stress level in check by practicing yoga daily and I have recently begun taking weekly ballet classes to fulfill a childhood dream of dancing. My favorite part of working here is meeting new patients and being able to express to them, with confidence that they are in the very best hands with Dr Hackney.

I joined Dr. Hackney's practice in 2006, and it has been a privilege to be part of a great staff. I am a nationally registered Certified Medical Assistant. I have always been passionate about nursing. It is very exciting and rewarding for me to see the patients from their first appointment, through their surgery and to their final appearance. I work very closely with Dr. Hackney to ensure our patients feel comfortable and receive the best care. I am married and have four wonderful children, and my first grandbaby is on the way!

After working with a plastic surgeon in Austin for 9 year I relocated to Dallas and joined Dr. Hackney's practice in February of 2009. Dr. Hackney is an incredibly gifted surgeon. Working with him and his team of knowledgeable and caring women has been a truly rewarding experience. Once the healing process is complete, seeing the smiles on our patient's faces and the confidence they exude is the most gratifying part of my job. My busy home life includes a son in diapers, a daughter in college, and a husband who keeps me on my toes. I have a blessed life with a career that I love and wouldn't trade any of it for one minute.

I have worked in the cosmetic industry as a patient coordinator/counselor for over 5 years. I worked for one of the top plastic surgeons in Las Vegas, NV and after moving to Dallas joined the amazing team at Dr Hackney's office. I am typically one of the first people you will speak with when you call to schedule your consultation appointment. As a patient myself, I fully understand the anxiety that goes into that initial phone call and the entire surgery process. My goal is to answer any questions you might have and help guide you through surgery every step of the way. I am married to my high school sweetheart and love to travel, which the traveling part will be slowing down a bit because I am expecting my first child!!

Patient Coordinator

As a Patient Coordinator, my highest satisfaction comes from seeing a patient through the surgery process; from your initial phone call to your completed surgery! I started working as a patient coordinator (many) years ago after my own cosmetic surgery experience. It had such a positive impact on my life; I wanted to help others in their own personal journey. I started working in Beverly Hills in a multi-office practice for the doctor that did my breast augmentation and nasal surgery (we remain close friends today). Eventually I left the Beverly Hills practice and went on to UCLA where I was the patient coordinator for the Chief of Plastic Surgery.

When I moved to Dallas, it was very important to be with a doctor/practice that had the highest possible standards for results and patient care. I am delighted to be working with Dr. Hackney and the wonderful staff here. I have never worked with such a great group of people who put the patients' needs, care, and interests first and foremost

On a personal note, I am a mother of two; a daughter that has just started at the Art Institute of Dallas in fashion, and the mother of a US Marine (Semper Fi). I moved to Dallas to be closer to family, and although I miss Southern Ca (mainly the weather and beach); I am loving my new home-town of Dallas (especially the people). I look forward to talking with you and helping you with your dreams.
